Double-Deck Refrigerated Transport
Maximum Capacity – cost efficiency way
Szabofrigocargo Ltd.’s double-deck refrigerated transport solution is the ideal choice for partners who need to deliver high volumes of cargo safely and with precise temperature control, without the need to stack pallets on top of each other.
Our state-of-the-art refrigerated vehicles are equipped with adjustable-height pallet support beams, allowing for two-level cargo placement. This enables the simultaneous transportation of up to 66 pallets in a single journey – with each load remaining stable, undamaged, and separated throughout the trip.
This solution not only protects sensitive goods but also provides outstanding cost efficiency.
All this is managed by our in-house developed tracking and enterprise system, which delivers real-time data on vehicle position and cargo conditions throughout the journey. Thanks to our multi-point temperature monitoring system, your cargo is transported under fully documented and verified conditions at all times.
The benefits of the double-deck system extend beyond refrigerated goods. This solution also allows for the secure transport of non-refrigerated cargo, particularly in cases where stacking pallets is not an option—for example, due to limited pallet height or the fragility of the products.
This means our clients can rely on us not only for temperature-controlled deliveries but also for sensitive, ambient goods—with maximum flexibility and efficiency. Pallets are always positioned on a single level, separated and securely fixed, eliminating the need for compromises when it comes to cargo protection or trailer space utilization.
Why choose us?
- Outstanding cargo capacity – up to 66 pallets without stacking
- Flexible transport for both refrigerated and ambient goods
- Adjustable-height pallet beams for tailored logistics
- Greater cost-efficiency by combining multiple shipments in one trip
Double-deck transport is a real game-changer for shipments where the cargo is low in height but cannot be stacked. In standard trailers, this often results in wasted space – but with this setup, we make full use of the available capacity. It's highly cost-effective and still keeps the goods safe. From experience, I can say this is often the smartest and most efficient option.
